This collection consists of items pertaining to Harvey N. Paulson of Sleepy Eye, Minnesota. Paulson was a lifelong farmer, served in the Minnesota House of Representatives, and as Sergeant-at-Arms for the Minnesota House of Representatives. The collection consists of his correspondence, newspaper clippings, a photograph, and two items of campaign material. Also included in the collection is an oral history interview conducted with Paulson in 1977. Both the transcript and cassette tape of this interview are available. In the interview, he speaks about his family farm, his legislative experience, agricultural organizations, and his colleagues in the legislature.
